19. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 31-08 relating to consumer protection.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts of Morocco will have sole jurisdiction to rule on the dispute.

20. Commercial clauses

20.1 Payment clause

Payment for products or services is due in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise specified in a specific contract or offer. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method mentioned on the website.

20.2 Cancellation clause

All order cancellations must be notified in writing. Service orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the service is due, unless otherwise stated. After this time, no refund is guaranteed.

20.3 Refund Clause

Refunds are possible in case of cancellation within the given timeframe or if the delivered product is non-compliant. No refunds will be made without 72 hours' notice, and no refunds will be made in case of total or partial performance of the service by the customer. A service fee of 10% will be charged for any refund.
